Tiga Living
This site was originally occupied by a single-detached house in Calgary's buzzing Marda Loop neighborhood. Tiga (3) was re-developed into a triplex; a duplex and one single-detached house - all situated above an underground 6 vehicle garage.
Each unit has its own private area in the courtyard. The normal basement space, found in a house has been transferred to the third floor thereby offering both views and plenty of natural light on all floors. The resulting designs are unique 3-storey townhouses that do not compromise on floor area, yet fit into the neighbourhood containing a variety of housing options
